Watch Strap Problem
Customer had purchased a watch with double leather cord strap from another store, but needed it shortened. She tried 2 local stores that specialise in watch repairs – both told her it could not be shortened. The Jewellery Doctor fixed it under 30 seconds.

Shape to Fit Wedding Ring completed in 2 days!
Customer needed a shaped to fit ring in a hurry, her engagement ring was a complicated crossover style. The wedding ring created was a perfect fit against engagement ring. The customer was going to a function and didn’t want to be without her engagement ring, so we lenther a ring to wear while we created her new wedding ring. Customer delighted.

Wedding Rings
A lady from Perth purchased her wedding ring some time before her the big day. The day before wedding she tried on her ring and to her horror it was too small!

Her mother-in-law & sister-in-law came through to Dundee, went around all the jewellers trying to purchase a bigger ring in white gold but couldn't find a suitable replacement

As the replacement band was required for the big day, our goldsmith suggested we create a heavy silver band at £34.99. The ring was made within 15 minutes to a size that he predicted would fit. He offered to run up to Perth the next day and resize the silver band if it needed to increase in size before the wedding in the afternoon.

The ring was a perfect fit and the bride was relieved - at the Jewellery Doctor we go that little bit further..
