Wedding Rings Her mother-in-law & sister-in-law came through to Dundee, went around all the jewellers trying to purchase a bigger ring in white gold but couldn't find a suitable replacement As the replacement band was required for the big day, our goldsmith suggested we create a heavy silver band at £34.99. The ring was made within 15 minutes to a size that he predicted would fit. He offered to run up to Perth the next day and resize the silver band if it needed to increase in size before the wedding in the afternoon. The ring was a perfect fit and the bride was relieved - at the Jewellery Doctor we go that little bit further.. |

We can send you a prepaid insured delivery envelope (see below)
Send items for repair without our prepaid envelope - you can download a packing form from here (pdf form will open in new window).
- We would strongly recommend you send your items Royal Mail Special Delivery - various insurance options available.
- When your items arrive we will call you to let you know and then we are able to give you an exact estimate and how long the job will take to complete. We will call you when items are ready for posting to let you know they are on their way back to you.

Request a Prepaid Insured Delivery Envelope
- complete short form (below) and let us know what items need repaired and we can give you a rough estimate of the repair cost.
- We then send you a prepaid special delivery envelope where your items will be fully insured and tracked up to the value of £1,000 (this limit can be increased to £2,500).
- Send the items back to us - please make sure you hand items into the Post Office and receive proof of posting.
- When your items arrive we will call you to let you know and then we are able to give you an exact estimate and how long the job will take to complete.
- We will call you when items are ready for posting to let you know they are on their way back to you.
Payment is required in full -prior to repair work commencing and can be made by Debit or Credit Card over the phone.
If you are having problems submitting the form, please send us an email to info@jewellerydoctor.co.uk - with your name and daytime telephone number and we will call you within 24 hours.
