As an online-only business, we can only use the postal system to send and receive your jewellery and there are costs associated with this. We don't make any money from postage so what Royal Mail charges us has to be passed onto the customer like most other small UK businesses.

We want to ensure that your valuable jewellery is as safe and secure as it can be both on its way to us and then once a repair has been completed on its way back to you. It is, for this reason, we offer several different return postage methods.

Sending your jewellery through our pre-paid service is always Royal Mail Special Delivery with £750 insurance and you only ever pay this if you proceed with your repair and is included in the repair price.

To be as transparent as possible, here is how our delivery charges are broken down:

Royal Mail 2nd Class (not insured) - We charge £0.00 (Cost to us £5.00)


Royal Mail 48 Tracked with Signature (not insured) - We charge £4.00 (Cost to us £6.20)


Royal Mail 24 Tracked with Signature (not insured) - We charge £6.00 (Cost to us £8.20)


Royal Mail Special Delivery (insured) - We charge £9.00 (Cost to us £11.75)

In the event of an insurance claim with this service, Royal Mail will cover the first £750.00 and our dedicated business insurance will cover the difference if your jewellery is worth more than £750.00.
