If you have never used a postal jewellery repair service before, this page explains exactly what happens and what you need to do.
Step 1. Request a Pre-Paid Envelope
Fill in our online form with your contact and address details along with a description of what you will be sending us. This gives us the basic information we need and allows us to send out the correct pack for your repair request.
Step 2. We Send You Your Pack
Once we have received your request, we will send you a pre-paid envelope. We will also send you an easy-to-follow checklist so you know exactly what to include and how to prepare your jewellery for safe transit.
Step 3. Send Us Your Jewellery
Wrap your jewellery carefully to keep it cushioned, place it in the Special Delivery envelope along with the completed checklist, and take it to your Post Office. They will give you proof of postage, which you should keep safe.
Once your jewellery arrives, it will be inspected by an experienced jeweller so that we can provide an accurate quote based on the item itself, not guesswork from photographs alone.
