We use the term Price Guide because these are guide prices rather than fixed quotes for every item. Some repairs are straightforward, while others vary depending on the metal, the design, the condition of the jewellery and the work needed to complete the repair properly.
We are an internet-only business, which helps us keep overheads low and pricing competitive. While our prices are often lower than many traditional high street jewellers, the quality of our work remains the priority.

The prices above are a guide only. In order for us to give you an accurate quote, you will usually need to request a free repair pack so we can inspect your item properly.
Things like stone replacement and ring resizing can vary significantly from job to job depending on the size and type of stone, the number of sizes the ring needs adjusted by, and the condition of the jewellery.
All of our prices include VAT and the cost of the initial pre-paid envelope, but exclude return delivery, which depends on your chosen service.
