At Jewellery Doctor, we take great pride in the quality of our workmanship and every repair is carried out with the utmost care and attention. For complete peace of mind, all standard jewellery repairs completed by us are covered by our One Year Guarantee from the date the repair is completed.
This guarantee covers the repair work we have carried out and protects against faults caused by workmanship during normal wear. In the unlikely event that you experience a problem relating to a repair we completed, simply contact us with your reference number and we will arrange a free insured repair pack for you to return the item safely to our workshop for inspection.
Please note that our guarantee does not cover accidental damage, misuse, general wear and tear, loss of stones caused by impact, or issues unrelated to the repair originally carried out. In some cases, due to the condition, age or structural integrity of a piece, we may advise that a repair is completed without guarantee. If this applies, it will always be clearly stated within your original repair quote before any work is undertaken.
