I broke my engagement ring 2 years ago, it sat in a box because a local jeweller said it was not worth fixing despite what it meant for me!
I saw their advert and sent a message within a day a prepaid envelope arrived so I put my loved ring in there and sent it off. Immediate confirmation of arrival a couple of days to evaluate repair.. and then agreed and a week later it’s home and back on my finger!! Looking absolutely perfect. Cannot thank these guys enough!

However, I am most grateful for the miracles you performed on my mother’s jewellery. You replaced missing diamonds in her vintage engagement ring, but the true highlight was rebuilding her wedding ring. It had been cut from her finger and was a twisted mess when I sent it to you—I was amazed that you were able to restore it completely.
It is rare to find such skilled craftsmanship. Whether it’s a simple resize, new plating on white gold, or a complex rebuild, I am always delighted to get my jewellery back sparkling like new. Thank you for caring for my pieces so well.

This was the second time I have used Jewellery Doctor and the service was as good as the first time. Two antique rings needed jewels replacing and general fixing and the work was carried out quickly and easily. A few days after receiving the items back, I noticed one of the seed pearls had fallen out of the ring again and Jewellery Doctor replaced it without charge. Excellent service. The pearl has since fallen out again so its obviously a fault with the ring so I will live with it - its so tiny no one will notice!

I love the repair service - so quick and simple with updates and excellent repair - I have many bracelets with elastic which threatens to give up after a while so all now re-strung and safe to wear!
