If we have said in your quote that we can only repair your jewellery to the "best possible" standard, this suggests that our repair may not be perfect or last as long as we would want. With a "best possible" repair, our ambition is to return your jewellery to a wearable condition, and we only indicate "best possible" repairs when a piece of jewellery is very worn, thin, or has been made in such a way that a repair may be difficult to complete to our high standards.

We may occasionally offer a second option in which we guarantee the repair, but this is typically more expensive because it requires additional work, time and repair components.

Regrettably, we are unable to provide our usual one-year warranty on our "best possible" repairs. However, if the repair fails in a short period of time, we may consider repairing it once more. This decision will be made at the discretion of the Jewellery Doctor team and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If you have any additional questions regarding your specific repair, please reply directly to the quote email you received from Jewellery Doctor. Alternatively, you can contact us at hello@jewellerydoctor.co.uk and provide your repair reference number along with your query. One of our team members will promptly respond to your email and provide further information if it's available.

Here at Jewellery Doctor, we are committed to delivering outstanding customer service. You can check out our customer reviews on TrustPilot to see for yourself.
