I broke my engagement ring 2 years ago, it sat in a box because a local jeweller said it was not worth fixing despite what it meant for me!
I saw their advert and sent a message within a day a prepaid envelope arrived so I put my loved ring in there and sent it off. Immediate confirmation of arrival a couple of days to evaluate repair.. and then agreed and a week later it’s home and back on my finger!! Looking absolutely perfect. Cannot thank these guys enough!

This was the second time I have used Jewellery Doctor and the service was as good as the first time. Two antique rings needed jewels replacing and general fixing and the work was carried out quickly and easily. A few days after receiving the items back, I noticed one of the seed pearls had fallen out of the ring again and Jewellery Doctor replaced it without charge. Excellent service. The pearl has since fallen out again so its obviously a fault with the ring so I will live with it - its so tiny no one will notice!

I recent had a missing stone replaced in my bracelet and The Jewellery Doctor did a good repair. The stones are turquoise in colour so not the easiest colour to match up but, looking at the stones on the bracelet now, you would not know that one of the stones is not original.

Great repair of extending Native American vintage watch and re-stringing and adding extra links to Links of London Sweetie bracelet. The watch is now a perfect fit and will make an excellent addition to my sleeping beauty turquoise collection, I was fully informed about the repair and warned that the bracelet may not be as loose as I wanted it, but it was perfect! I was a little worried at first with the service being online and was apprehensive to the process.
Im a teacher and my family heirloom ruby and diamond golden ring had broken on a Tower Wood visit whilst ghyll scrambling (foolish I know- I should have taken it off! Lesson learnt)
I went ahead, although I had reservations, and after a quote I was pleased with, I waited for the repair.
It took just over a week and I am delighted with the outcome! My ring is completely repaired and the band is thickened to prevent this happening again. The stones have been reset and my goodness- it has been cleaned to absolute perfection. It is literally like I have just bought it brand new from the jewellers.

I accidentally knocked a diamond out of my wedding band and sent it for repair, I thought I may as well have it replated at the same time and also sent my engagement and eternity band for replating. I just want to thank the Jewellery Doctor for the fabulous repair job which was done on my pearl ring. It needed a new pearl and it looks like new now. The ring was of sentimental value to me . I accidentally put my hand in water which had bleach on it and ruined my pearl.

I contacted jewellery doctor to repair a ring my husband bought for my 18th birthday, the ring was very sentimental however the diamond fell out many years ago, after losing my sister I wanted something to wear to keep her with me, I asked jewellery doctor to replace the missing Diamond with her birth stone, the results were amazing.. so happy to be wearing the first ring my husband bought but now with my sisters birth stone.

I contacted Jewellery Doctor after I was told by a local jeweller my ring could not be resized. I was a little dubious about sending my ring off at first, however I was promptly reassured that all would be alright. I was kept informed throughout the repair process; my ring came back yesterday resized, and looks brand new! Well...where do I start. I received my bracelet back at the beginning of this week all safely wrap. I was so pleased with the work carried out on it and came back alot shining than it went. Absolutely over the moon with my engagement ring. One of my
diamonds fell out and jewellers we got it from told us it was unrepairable due to the shape of the ring and they refused to clean it leaving me in an awful situation 3 months before my wedding. I sent the Jewellery Doctor my gold charm bracelet to have some changes made so that I could give it to my granddaughter for her 18th birthday in April. I wanted two charms removed and two new ones added - one saying 18 and the other the letter N for Nina. The bracelet was given to me on my 21st which was 60 years ago! The work was carried out beautifully and returned to me today. It looks wonderful, really as if it is brand new. I am delighted with it and cant wait to hand it over to my granddaughter. Delighted with the repair I received on very old eternity ring. The ring wasnt expensive but of great sentimental value , and had lost a tiny sapphire. The stone and clasps were replaced, and the ring cleaned up, to look very shiny again. The ring looks like new, and I am so glad I had it repaired. The service was quick and efficient.

They were also cleaned and polished to perfection.
I had taken the bracelet to a well-known jewellers in Liverpool who wouldnt touch it because it was silver and told me very few jewellers do silver repair.
The price I was quoted by a second jewellery repair shop was just too expensive.
I googled silver jewellery repair and the jewellery doctor came up free quotes I thought why not its free. So I sent off for the special delivery envelope , I also put in a crucifix and chain that I got 45 years ago . The chain had snapped at the clasp .
The quoted price was for the 2 items and was the same price I had been quoted for the bracelet repair.
I gave the go-ahead , paid and couldnt be more pleased with the job .
They both look like new !

I have used Jewellery Doctor on many occasions and I would HIGHLY recommend them. The repair was done and the item was returned in perfect condition and working again. One of my items was not able to be fixed and they sent it back giving me some advice as to what I could do with it. I have dexterity problems and they put a magnetic clasp on a necklace to make life easier. If I ever need a piece of jewellery fixed I will always go to the Jewellery Doctor first I am a customer for life.

I recently had my Dads signet ring repaired. Since my Dad died, my son wears his grandads ring. It obviously means the world to him, and me.
The gold band had snapped at the back, with age I imagine!
I enquired with JEWELLERY DOCTOR, whether it was repairable. To allow him to inspect the damage, I was sent a prepaid, insured envelope to pop the ring into and have it delivered.
After inspection, I was given 2 options for repair along with the prices.
The ring was ready within a few days, when I chose to collect it locally.
It is fully restored, polished and shining like new!
